These photographs were taken in May 2011 on a short visit to Istanbul. It was our first visit to Turkey's largest city and to say we were impressed would be a massive understatement. The lighting was not the best we could have hoped for and some of the shots do appear somewhat hazy; nevertheless they are certainly worth a look

Svenja, Elena and I live in Istanbul now! I am teaching math at Istanbul International Community School. Dubai was good but it was time for a change. We love Istanbul so far, beautiful and amazing culture and history.
