These photographs were taken between 2004 and 2010. They represent my favourite shots taken whilst living as an ex-pat in Suzhou, China, although they are from all around this massive country. This particular shot is of a horseman in Lijiang in Yunnan,
They are not necessarily my best photos, but hopefully they give some insight to this wonderful land and its people. Please take some time to have a look through them. They are all labelled for the province or city they were taken in and more shots for those specific areas can be found in other parts of the gallery. I've put this together as we have now left China; I suppose it is a celebration of our stay here. Enjoy!

We thought we had been to a few places, but never realised what we missed!!! Thanks for the journey..... We guess your next lot of photos will swap canals for sand. Singapore not nearly as exotic or photogenic.
PS at least we know for the Ashes both teams will be trying (in the case of the Poms - very trying!)
Wishing you both the best of success & much much happiness on your journey!
Keep the stories coming.......

I enjoyed the shots. Takes me back to some of the areas I've been, and makes me want to travel further to some of the areas I have not.
However, I question the inclusion of those two pigtail fairy boys. They don't appear to be in the spirit of things.
Cheers for the memorable Xmas in Dali. And hope to see you in the near future. My base of operations is now Hong Kong, but the world is our oyster.
